You could have them removed, nail beds and all, to stop them growing back. But there's nothing out there to replace them with, and I don't think any doctor would be willing to be so drastic....Can a man have his finger nails surgically removed and permanent new ones put in their place please?
They can remove your nails and make it so they don't grow back but this is a surgical procedure only done when the nails are infected or are constantly infected not for any cosmetic reason. There are not any nails you can put back on to have ';new'; ones.
No you can have them removed and then in a few months new naols will grow back. I worked with a lady that had to have all of her toe nails cut our because of a fungus and within a few months new toe nails grew back.
why would you want to do that? why dont you try getting a manicure. I have never heard of a procedure like that before .
