Hair and nails are dead skin cells so I wouldn't think that it's a good sign when they grow fast.. But, I don't know.
u can put some garlic on them...
foods with i potassium, iron, calcium and vitamin B are especially good for your nails. Almonds, garlic, spinach celery, yogurt, eggs and seafood are good for your nails. You shouldn't bite your nails...that will slow down the growth...don't file the the corners of your nails cause that will make them brittle and weak...don't use product on your hands or nail that have alcohol in them...that's pretty much all that works...
