i don't know about just making them grow quicker, but when that happens to me i file the other nails down a little bit to even them out.. they grow back soon enough

buy a tablet of jelly from a grocery shop and eat a cube a day u can also rub a good moistureriser on your nails and things like milk or yoghurt to eat will help as they contain calcium for strong bones etc

Dont know about making them grow quicker than normal, but have you tried using OPI nail products. Really good and their Nail Envy range is excellent for improving the strength and condition of nails.
