How do you take off fake finger nails?

a have lie 4 fake finger nails that won't come off, and i need them off soon. How do you take off fake finger nails?
Try soaking them in acetone nail polish remover (like pour it in a bowl, and dip your fingers in in and keep them in there) for about 10 minutes. Then slide something thin (like the corner of a credit card or even another fake nail if you have any lying around) under the edge of the fake nail that's closest to your cuticle. Push the credit card under the fake nail and across to the other side, effectively removing the fake nail. This is kinda hard to explain well, lol. The important thing to remember is not to rip the fake nails off- this can damage your real nails. After you've slid the fake nails off, use one of those very very fine grit nail buffers to remove the last bit of glue and/or acrylic that may remain. I really hope I explained this well and that it helps you!How do you take off fake finger nails?
just pull them off just kidding

1. Get a nail clippers and cut your nails as far as you can.

2. File off any gel or topcoat on your nails so the acetone works better.

3. Soak cotton balls in the acetone solution.

4. Lay one soaked cotton ball over each of your fingernails. If you don't have enough, do a few at a time and soak the cotton balls in the solution again and repeat for the nails that did not get removed.

5. Put some tape or foil around your nails to keep the cotton ball in place. Keep it there for 20 minutes to make sure that the process works.

6. After the full time has passed, gently peel the tape off.

7. Scrape the nail off with an orangewood stick.

8. Buff off the residue with a nail buffer.

9. Rub lotion on immediately, since acetone is so strong of a chemical. Your hands will dry out so apply oils and/or lotions frequently.

If you don't have acetone at hand, you can also try hot water; it'll cause the glue to wear off.

Be gentle! Your nails have been damaged in the ';fake nail process'; so don't just pull them off coldly!

Acetone is a dangerous volatile organic compound. It is highly flammable and its vapors can be explosive in concentrations.

Don't take the cotton balls off too soon otherwise the nails will harden again.
You need nail polish remover WITH acetone. Dip your nails in for 5-10 minutes. It'll come off easier that way. You can basically peel it off when it's soft enough.
