I keep gettin white little blobs in my finger nails and i grow them out but then more come anyone know why?

Ive read up on it and it mentions that i need more iron but i wanted to ask you people.I keep gettin white little blobs in my finger nails and i grow them out but then more come anyone know why?
It is caused by a vitamin deficiency, it can also occur when you bruise you fingernail it doesn't occur until a little after you say hit your nail, sometimes it takes a long time to realize you've injured your nail. But their aren't their for a serious injure just something minor.I keep gettin white little blobs in my finger nails and i grow them out but then more come anyone know why?
Same here, i'm anemic, so I take iron pills, and they went away. You may be anemic. Good luck!
eat beans man alot of ironn there
Try eating more iron-rich foods - it's kind of easy to OD on iron supplements, so talk to your doc before taking those. Since you are worried about being anemic, might be a good idea to talk to the doctor anyway.
