Well'I don't bite them always,only when i study when i watch movie....when i play on computer..How do i stop?How do i stop biting my finger nails?
Perhaps wearing gloves might help.How do i stop biting my finger nails?
I used to bite my nails too,they have this nail polish called bite no more it cost me like $2.00 you put it on but the thing is when you go bite your nails it leaves this really bad taste in you mouth ,it helped me and I hope it helps you too
