How to get lovely long finger nails right in your home?

i want long nails and i dont know how to get them how can i get long nails. How to get lovely long finger nails right in your home?
Firstly cut and file each nail (file sort of straight across giving the nail a square look). It doesn't matter if they are short after this, you need to start from scratch to achieve the correct look.

Then, you need to use a 3 sided nail buffer to make them as smooth as if there is polish on, and then apply a decent moisturiser to the whole hand (including the nail).

Next, use a nail growth product like Sally Hansen. Apply 2 coats and allow to dry in between.

Once they are dry, apply a strengthing polish (Diamond hardness etc). 1 coat should be enough.

You will need to strip the polish off and repeat the process every 2 or 3 days at first (especially if you are using chemicals in your job, doing a lot of sports, or have your hands in water a lot). Don't leave it any longer than 3 days, otherwise the polish will chip and your nails will break as they are not strong enought just yet.

You should see an improvement after a couple of weeks, at which point you can cut back the frequency of the treatment to once or twice a week. How to get lovely long finger nails right in your home?
I'm a nail tech so first advice would be get yourself a manicure kit DO NOT USE A HARDENER OR STRAIGHTENER make sure you use protein and vitamins that will feed a nourish your nail try nails inc products they are the best www.nailsinc.com you should try treatment pack 4 with kensington gardens it has sea kelp to nourish oyster shell to strengthen hope it helps x
Let them grow!

Don't bite them, or put them in your mouth.

You can even paint them while you wait. Put a base coat (always) and put it on the edge of your nails so they won't rip apart. Then put your color and top coat.

Good luck %26lt; 3
go to a drugstore and buy a pack of fake nails.. or let your nails grow then use white nailpolish and go over the white already on your nails. then out a clear coat over!
