Lately, within the last month, I've been breaking nails constantly. To the point where I'm keeping clippers in my pocket. I'm a 43 year old male. My nails tend to grow pretty quickly, always have, but now they don't have to grow too far past the quick before they start to fray and split. What mineral am I missing in my diet?Why are my finger nails getting brittle?
