white spots under the nail is Leukonychia. It can be from caused from trauma to the nail, where the nail seperates from the nail bed. it can also be due to your health or nutrition. you can google Leukonychia and see what relates best to you.
Not enough, I have one on my index finger and it's annoying the crap out of me, haha. No idea how to get rid of it, though.
It's either injuries, or you have a zinc deficiency.
