I just stopped bitting my nails for good and wanty them to be healthy. The nail was so damaged the top is seperated from the nail bed. It looks terrible. The top of my nail is white from where it seperated. I want my nails to look normal.What is a good topical treatment to treat finger nails for men?
The only real cure is time and natural regrowth, but applying vit E oil every night will help a little;
