How do you get finger nails to grow strong.?
Eat properly and take care of your nails. file in one direction only so that you aren't ripping them. when you do dishes or housecleaning, wear gloves so that you are not stripping the moisture out of you hands and nails. use a good moisturizing lotion ( if you have to reapply before 8 hours is up it is not a good lotion... some of my faves are the ones by Qtica )go get a manicure once in a while and try not to damage your cuticles.How do you get finger nails to grow strong.?
