Why do my finger nails turn a reddish orange color after a paint them and take off the polish?

you have not let your natural nails breathe and you have been applying nail polish without ever giving your nails a break. You may also be wearing nail polish for extended periods of times that the color begins to sink in to your natural nail. try using a base coat that will strengthen your nails. the color may be just remnants of the nail polish you used when you were taking it off. You may need to use a stronger nail polish remover. if thats still going on dip your nails is water, hydrogen peroxide or lemon and salt to help scrub it off.Why do my finger nails turn a reddish orange color after a paint them and take off the polish?
The nail polish stains them. After you take it off, soak a cotton ball in liquid bleach and rub it on your nails just like you would nail polish remover. wash your hands reeeeeaaaalllly good after. this will get rid of most of the stain. Why do my finger nails turn a reddish orange color after a paint them and take off the polish?
it's a stain from the darker colors. fingernails are formed from dead skin cells -dead things don't need to ';breathe';.
