How can i stop biting my finger nails?

i cant get a manicure unless my nails r long enough. but i have a bad habit of biting my nails. what can i do to stop?How can i stop biting my finger nails?

or if its just from boredom..chew gum or something.

They got this polish stuff you can buy that tastes like Cayenne pepper if you were to bite your nails- Worth a try anyway
get an other habit


or pure will power
tell someone 2 check your nails nd if they;re bitten... den you'll have to do something in return
i would say just stop when u think of biting them dont it will be hard at first but u will get used to it....
just put some tape on your fingers and that should stop you :)
