How do i get my finger nails to row to the ends of my fingers without the white part being so large?

I used to have my nails really short but it hurt too much and now it seems like the white part of my nail starts farther back while growingHow do i get my finger nails to row to the ends of my fingers without the white part being so large?
There is nothing you can do, nail ';beds'; are usually the size they are, period. If you damaged them by biting or cutting your nails too short, time might make them grow bigger. All you can do is do not use anything underneath the free edge to clean them and such, you want to keep from any more damage, and hope for the best.
